"Beds are so hard and pillows were lumpy. Breakfast is supposed to go until 9 but was take. Down at 8:45. Stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. No trash emptied, no new towels etc."

"This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for."
