"Nice clean condo with a fairly convoluted check-in. Follow the provided instructions exactly! Also, you can't park at the building, you have to find your own parking. The garage suggestions on the listing can't be used - the bank garage is for bank employees and monthly tenants, the library garage is not open 24/7. Spring 2024, construction of some sort is being done on the building, beware you may experience a planned power outage. We were not warned in advance, our first night had an outage...

"I’d like to say how great the owner of this property was. She addressed any questions I had very quickly and was extremely helpful. The building was a little bit dingy but the actual apartment was very cute. It was clean and had everything I needed while I was there. There is some construction going on around the building which makes it a little more difficult to get to. Overall it was a very nice stay. Thank you so much!"

"We can't rave enough about Black Thistle! It provided the perfect setting for both our rehearsal dinner and getting ready for the big day at Brunswick Ballroom, just down the street. The venue's ambiance was incredible, and we even took our wedding photos there – they turned out stunning! We absolutely loved the combination of the dark wood and black accents"

"We came to Kansas City to spend Mother's Day with our children *who live there). The location of the rental fit in to our plans perfectly. It was much bigger than expected, and very clean. We had a slight issue with the keypad when we arrived, but we were able to get in contact with Olivia immediately and it was a very quick fix! We frequently go to KC to see our kids and will be trying to stay here again as often as it is available. I highly recommend this property!"
