"We found the place to be a bit dirty. The grout in bathroom was extremely dirty. Toilet paper holder and Towel hook both broken. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. It’s could be great but felt like there was not a lot of motivation to clean simple things to make it nice for renters. Unfortunately we won’t go back."

"We loved the area, which is a quiet little nook within a mile of many amazing local restaurants, jazz clubs, and art scene. We were able to walk many places. The owners left many helpful items for our stay, such as Tylenol, toiletries, snacks, readers, and a few beers from a local brewery. The space was clean, and the ac unit worked very well. We arrived at the tail end of a heat wave (100 degrees over night), so, a working ac unit was important. We stay at many rentals each year. This one is...
