"This is my 5th time staying in Grace Bay so my review is a comparison against other places we have stayed at : PROS: - The beach and ocean are just beautiful , sand is so soft - Beach proximity is so close to the building - Everyone gets a front row seat to sea view on the beach - Did not have to "fight for chairs" ( we were there end of June/beginning July) - Very convenient shuttle to take you to grocery store ($10 a person) - Beach view room was magical - Butler was very helpful in booking car/restaurant recommendations etc... - Staff was very helpful , and genuinely friendly CONS: - the only con is that you will need to rent a car if you want to go anywhere outside the resort as there is not much within walking distance. (We like to go to Ports of Call area). You can either rent directly at the Windsong , or , rent at the airport to save you on the transportation from airport to the resort."

"Our family has a tradition of going on a family vacation every two years and so we now have experience with lots of different rentals. I have to say Grace on the Bay was our all time favorite! The villa was gorgeous as was the beach and grounds. It was a perfect fit for our family of 13. The icing on the cake though had to be the extraordinary service provided by our hostess Regina who saw to our every need. She helped us procure fresh fish for dinner one night, made our dinner reservations and made sure all our travel connections ran smoothly and one time. There are a lot of logistics involved with such a large party traveling together but it proved seamless and timely. She even made us a loaf of banana bread for my birthday. It was beyond anything we have ever experienced before. Truly, this property deserves even more than five stars if that were possible!"

"We went with my family for my 40th birthday. Our welcome was superb and our room was lovely. My daughter did complain that she had to sleep on a sofa bed while we got the comfiest bed I’ve slept in. The food was fantastic except for one night when my fish wasn’t fully cooked at fire and ice. We ate at fire and ice for breakfast everyday and had our afternoon treats at cafe agave. Salt was also amazing for dinner. We went to blackstone at the Alexandra and though the food was great our server was the crankiest and just nasty. The managerial staff (Angie and Shaneeka) were beyond amazing. My dad has PD and Angie made sure he had every accommodation he needed. Shaneeka made sure she spoke with us everyday and checked in. She booked our reservations and did her best to make our stay great. The only other recommendation that we mentioned to management was the friendliness of the staff by the pool. The beach party night with the fire show was probably my favorite. In general we had a great time. Sidebar. Don’t take a taxi. They’re super expensive. Probably better to rent a car."

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Best part was the few minutes walk to the beach, which is absolutely breathtaking and never too busy. Bikes were fun to ride locally and it came in handy for a grocery run (10 min walk to town)."
