"Good choice , clean, helpful staff"

"Clean room and coffee was always restocked"

"Very nice place that is close to lots of shopping and downtown Orlando. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and has lots of neat places within the Villa to socialize or visit."

"Great"

"Hotel is in very good condition but what set the stay apart was the staff. Dani at front desk helped me arrange loan of a wheelchair on short notice. Staff at breakfast were attentive and kind to my 96 year old mother. Very good stay."

"The place is outdated. A/C is too noisy. Bathroom conditioner is too noisy."

"Lovely hotel with nice amenities"

"Lovely property; well kept. Very quiet! Breakfasts could have had more option, but it was still very acceptable. (Not a lot of option for people that must be dairy free.)"

"Excelente servicio del gerente"

"My stay was excepional. Clean rooms, great breakfast and plenty space for parking. I definitely will stay again."

"My stay was good. Able to check in early before I headed to a concert getting back after midnight. I was hoping to sleep until 10 am to be alert for a 2 hour drive that morning. Unfortunately I was rudely awken at 6 am by the room's alarm clock. I was so startled/angry, I could not return to sleep. Left hotel by 7 am. It is ashame that one pays $250 a night for 5 hours of sleep!! Why can't supervisors check the room's alarm status with each client. So upsetting to have to drive long distanced...

"It was smooth"
