"This hotel is a great location for visiting Venice. It’s located right on the water at the public boat dock which makes it super convenient for accessing Venice and the airport. The hotel is incredibly clean and has a charming decor. Some of the rooms have views that overlook the lagoon and St. Mark’s Square. The breakfast is also fresh with scrambled eggs, bacon, vegetable medley, cold cuts, cheese, and lots of pastries. The only knock against the place is that the rooms are very small, but well maintained. Overall, a good stay. "

"Contacted the hotel 4 wks & then again 2 wks in advance about our reservation - they never got back to us. Arrived & they were going to rent us the room, despite it being nearly midnight (but before their deadline to checkin). We paid an additional $125 & they rented it to us. Got bite 10 times by a Mediterranean recluse spider (venomous). Would never stay here again, at $500/a night it was terrible."

"Property was good but people don’t know how to fix issues they keep giving excess I need ac to work first nite they told me it only work if the weather is hot next day it was hot weather they told me out is 22 and I put 18 degree they said it is not difference between 18 and 22 there is 4 degree difference in assuming they don’t know what they saying I gave up and I will never return to this place"

"The bathtub is a plus, the shower needed a longer pipe though if the person wants to take a standing shower. Room is good. There was a frigobar that worked, good air conditioner. Would benefit from better sound isolation, we had to complain about a neighbor room talking loud late at night"

"Great little hotel away from the crowds of central Venice. Very friendly welcome on arrival. We had a two bedroom suite overlooking the lagoon and the view was amazing over towards St Mark’s. Location of the hotel for the vaporetto terminal on Lido was also perfect (literally 30 seconds walk). Breakfast decent with a good selection to choose from. Would stay here again if visiting Venice."
