The property is in excellent spot, close to everything and easy to bring luggage from the water bus or water taxi. Beautiful location! The place is cute, bathrooms large. Stuff was super helpful. The only thing that could be improve is more space to hang used towers. We didn’t need new towels every day but we didn’t have place to hang our used towels ( was 4 of us in a room - parents and 2 kids) but this was not a big deal since we got new towels every day. In general, I would stay there again.

We are very happy specially we got upgraded room. Alex was very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to everything. The water taxi pick up and drop off in front of the hotel. Perfecto! Grazie!

Very comfortable hotel, with fabulous views over the water. Wonderful location with St Mark's and other main sights all close by. Also situated right next to a waterbus stop making journey to airport, Murano, Burano and rest of Venice extremely easy. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout. Very good breakfast with lots of choice of hot and cold dishes, and gluten-free bread as standard.
