Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Overall the hotel is in a great location. Initial service staff were accommodating and helpful, especially the bell staff. However, after checking in, any requests from the front desk takes quite a while. Valet charged me twice, no refund was provided despite acknowledgment only one evening of usage. We stayed for 5 nights in one of the two bedroom suites. For a 5 Star hotel, I expected more.

"You can get a taste of old Yugoslavia on the outside, but the staff is really much friendly and have good English skills. Breakfast is rich, with a lot to choose from. The lower side garage is designed for small cars, not recommended for an estate car. The rooms are clean, the minibar is perfect, ..."
