"i booked a room for a night but the same time i had an information that one of my closest relative had a car accident. 40 minutes later from my booking i communicated through email with the hotel to explain what happened and transfer my reservation if it was possible to another date but unfortunately i had no response. At same time i tried to call expedia as also the hotel but once again noone respond at my calls. I'm very dissapointed about everyone's apathy."
