Poor selection of breakfast, no taking care of damp towels in room or the room when returning. Would assume there was cleaning to take place the days I stayed. Over payed for the price it was "

Le lendemain j'ai annuler les deux jours restant à cause du bruit et de la sécurité inexistante la nuit. On m'a indiqué qu'on allait me contacter pour discuter du remboursement mais j'attends encore après plus d'un mois!"

"Staff good . Bedding clean and comfortable. Air conditioning not working, mouldy shower ceiling, carpet very worn. Whole hotel needs a revamp. Breakfast buffet not great choice. Overpriced. Car parking very easy and hotel was not noisy. Would not use again unless keen to stay in Parthenay."
