"Hire was solid overall, but there were some minor technical issues (sliding door didn’t work sometimes and you to wait in the cold without a backup option, card was deactivated before check out). Great helpful staff however."

"Everything was perfect !!! The hot tub and heated pool was extraordinary to beat these winter blues ... The fitness favility was awesome, biggest ive ever seen at a hotel. The fact that the underground shopping was accessible right from our hotel was a huge bonus because we never had to worry about coats and hats ect ... The guest services staff were amazing. The only negative comment would have to be the bartender at the restaurant right near the check in counter was NOT very friendly at ALL. We will definitely be back though ☺️ "

"The New Hotel Moxy was a great choice for my stay. The room was cozy, it was easy to regulate the temperature in the room. I appreciated that the bed was made with both a light duvet and a blanket so that you could control your comfort. The pool was lovely (not to warm or cold) and the hottub and sauna were great and clean and attractive. The restaurant had a friendly atmosphere and sufficient choices. I would stay there again."

"I had a good experience with the staff member at check-in in the evening. She was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had the basic amenities and value for money. From a solo traveller perspective, the hotel was within walking distance to Old Montreal but it was a little further to walk to Downtown. "

"The beds and cushions are by far the best I've ever experienced in a hotel! The service was spectacular; my son forgot his toothbrush and the front desk provided one complimentary! I love the in-room coffee maker, which uses rainforest alliance coffee and compostable coffee pods, the bathroom products are very thoughtful, there was an EV charger for my car; everything about this hotel is fantastic!"
