"Tiny room, hugely inconvenient location. No taxi or Uber can get in. You have to walk at least ten minutes to catch a ride. Asked the front staff to order a taxi for me for my train trip. The taxi couldn't come on time and we ended missing our train and with that our first class ticket to Paris were completely wasted."

"Such a charming property and very easy to get around into central Avignon and surrounding areas. Staff was incredibly helpful and my overall stay was exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful pool and excellent restaurant on site and lots to do within walking distance in the village. Highly recommend!"

"Rooms were very clean with cold AC. Good kitchenette for longer stays. The issue I had was the attached bathroom is a wet bath, with the shower not being isolated and draining into a central drain in the bathroom. The floor in my room had areas where the water would pool and gradually move to the door, and took hours for the water to dry between the doorway, toilet and sink (sink is opposite the doorway) if not squeegeed. Breakfast is a bit overpriced for what is on offer. Find a local bakery....

The room was crispy clean, nice bedding. AC worked really well. Only minus point was a room layout. We stayed in Classic room with 2 twin beds. "Charming hotel in the perfect location! Will dream of coming back! The view out of our window was the papal palace. The quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in even though it is city center. I am sure that was because of the cut stone walls. The breakfast buffet was good and worth the price. But there are plenty of dining options within easy walking. Our train was leaving later in the day so they were happy to hold our luggage after we checked out. Our stay really was perfect!"

"It was reasonable priced, cozy, with the basic necessities one would find in your kitchen at home. Our trained was delayed by 3 hours and we had a lot of luggage and we were happy by proximity. We just rolled our luggage to the apartment. It was just what we needed at the time. A place to lay our head. PERFECT!!!!"
