"We stayed at Zoëtry Mallorca for one night, mainly because we had booked dinner at the on-site Andreu Genestra Michelin-starred restaurant. I didn’t research the hotel in much detail beforehand, as I assumed that a hotel with a Michelin-starred restaurant on site would offer a genuine five-star experience. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, making it a lovely place to relax. As a Hotels.com member, we were upgraded to a Ponent Suite by the adults-only pool, which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It felt very dated, with worn out furniture and décor that didn’t live up to what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, it felt more like an ageing four-star property than a luxury resort. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional considering the many reviews describing it as one of the hotel’s highlights. We chose to sit outside, but there were so many flies constantly landing on us and our food that it became quite unpleasant, and there were also numerous ants on the table. We also enquired about a late check-out, which is charged at €20 per hour. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly dinner at the Michelin-starred Andreu Genestra restaurant, which was absolutely faultless and worth the visit. In hindsight, I should have looked more closely at the hotel before booking. That said, when a hotel advertises itself as five-star, it’s reasonable to expect the rooms to reflect that standard."

"Bear in mind this is a 5 star hotel and not cheap. PROs The hotel is very clean. Pool area is great,always beds & loungers available Air con great Comfortable beds Rooms cleaned daily cleaners lovely. SPA is ok but very small. CONs TV constantly freezes on live channels so couldn’t watch the World Cup. Don’t expect any food after 21:00 or room service for a 5 star hotel it’s not ideal after your evening stroll. Hotel has nothing in the evening it is super quiet around 21:00. Food is ok, dont order the nachos they are honking. We wanted to add one of our children to the booking last minute, we had a double sofa bed spare in our room. We was advised that we would have to purchase another room at a cost of 2.5k which is bonkers.They treat children 12 or over as adults and expect them to stay alone in a separate room. The area around the hotel is like clubland for Germans, so be aware if you’re around the hotel it’s rough as,if you like the smell of sick and beer then the streets around the hotel are for you."

"Es un hotel muy bonito, cerca de la playa, la comida es muy variada, nos ofrecieron después del check out continuar usando las instalaciones del hotel con duchas de cortesía sin ningún costo, las habitaciones son confortables. Lo volvería a elegir, tiene muy cerca Mercadona y restaurantes."

"The hotel was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything and only a short taxi ride from Palma airport. The staff were friendly, the room was basic but very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely sea view. The pool area is quite small and sunloungers are all reserved from very early on but the bar served good drinks and the views were spectacular. Aircon in the room was a bit hit and miss and a fridge (rather than just a cooler) would have been a lovely bonus. Pools towels were provided. Breakfast was good, a wide selection of things, although not as much choice as other hotels, and the main bar was a bit dated. Overall a good stay for good value."

"All the facilities in this property are really well kept. Rooms are big and really nice. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The spa, swimming pools, and the gym are really well kept. Even with new machines at the gym, I really enjoy staying there. Also, the vibe is more adults versus kids. I will for sure comeback"

"We had the BEST stay at Playa Golf! Had read reviews about it being noisy and honestly the balcony doors are very noise cancelling and we slept so well (sea view room) and felt very safe. Everything was spotless and the hotel has everything you could need! It was amazing being a stone throw away from the beach and lots of restaurants / bars. Huge bonus getting free access to the most beautiful beach club next door too. Breakfast was delicious - it had everything you could think of and was always well restocked. The staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful. Reception staff also help you book taxis and excursions. As an area it’s busy and has a nice buzz. It’s very close to Palma, the airport and Aqualand. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!"
