"Overall the maintenance of this house was extremely poor. I would not recommend it for families or those with young kids. It is probably great for a frat party as they will not care what you do to this home given that it is already mostly trashed.It was definitely not worth the price point.More than half of the days we did not have hot water.There was a rat in the kitchen on our second to last day. "This property was exactly as described and pictured! It is located on a very peaceful & quiet street. It is also dog friendly which was perfect for us. The waterfront was beautiful but we were unable to use the watercraft's provided due to rain. The property manager was a delight and even left us the sweetest welcome treat! We will definitely be returning to enjoy this lake house again!"
