"A lovely well kept property with friendly owners. Glamping pods have everything you need. Great for nature and central enough in Fife to visit the many attractions. We visited in October and the pod was very cosy. Would highly recommend a visit."

"The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The equipment is sufficient except that there isn’t a washing machine. The rooms are a bit tiny. It wouldn’t have wasted our time should the owner had told us the cabin number in advance."

"Honestly, the photos do not do this place justice - it is much bigger and better! Our Hosts, John and Sam were very welcoming and useful guides. The place was clean, tidy and very relaxing, which is a must in these challenging times. Brilliant transport links to St Andrews and Dundee. Car parking is £1 for 24hours at Leuchars train station so this is handy for exploring Edinburgh and Glasgow. The accommodation was worth the money and we were delighted with our welcome pack. "All the staff very extremely helpful and professional. We stayed in the gatehouse with our dog which was ideal. Our only issues were the works required in the bathroom, there has obviously been a leek at some point the wall paper is coming away and the ceiling is stained, the tiles on the on the shower floor are loose and could cause an injury."

Woodlands Hotel, BW Signature Collection

"The Woodlands is lovely. It's not a perfect hotel, some of the rooms need a spruce up and ours was directly above the kitchen so our bathroom smelled of cooking for much of the time, but it's a charming place with lots of character and lovely staff."
