"What a great location and a superb view out to sea from the patio and the well stocked kitchen - everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and the shower room was great - though it could have been a little more powerful. Comms and directions from Joyce were excellent and she responded very promptly to resovle a minor issue with the oven. Parking was a slight challenge as we didn't always find a space outside and there was some construction work around the harbour (reducing spaces) but we were never further than a short walk away. A great location to explore the Fife coastline the flat was warm, cosy comfortable and a great place to relax after a day's walking. Recommend staying here"

"Clean room, bed comfy. Shower was a bit too hot and couldn’t seem to turn it any colder but otherwise no complaints. Rooms not attached to restaurant/pub so fairly quiet. "

"Kilconquhar Castle Estate was a perfect place to rest and recharge. Our cottage was great except for the mattress on the master bed. It was quite hard. The surrounding countryside was beautiful. Needless to say the food at the Estate was great. There was also great food at the Kilconquhar Inn. It was the perfect distance from St. Andrews and Edinburgh. We will definitely stay again."

"This is a gem. An old established property that has been restored and upgraded to a very good standard, whilst retaining its essential character and sense of history and place. The location has stunning views - from our room, we had truly beautiful views to Bass Rock, Isle of May and towards Dunbar Castle and harbour. Excellent amenities in the room, with good quality tea, coffee and other refreshments. The staff were all wonderful - attentive, polite and efficient. The breakfast was first class and during our short stay we had two evening meals that quite simply were superb - every dish cooked to perfection and presented tastefully (pardon the pun). Could I nitpick? Probably. Would it be justified? Definitely not. This was a short stay of the highest quality and will live long in the mind as one of our most pleasant memories. Thank you to everyone."
