"The room unit or room was owned by an individual but very well maintained. There was dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a portable cookstove, and cutleries. There was free soap, toothbrush and toothpaste to use. There was no free slippers though. The AC is a small window type and not the split type that is much more compatible with the room size. "I would simply not recommend this place for anyone. Roach infested. Pay to use the pool. Security guards treat you like a prisoner. Noisy ac units. Shower drain issues. Not getting the room you paid for. No soap, shampoo, or wash cloths. Moldy fridge. It seems there is no bereavement leave here for workers? Unprofessional. Go somewhere else with your money. "
"The air conditioning unit was not working properly because there is at least 2 inches of dust inside the filter.
I fixed the shower as the head fell out and the knob to turn the water on broke. And I also fixed the toilet hose and the little chain that is used to flush broke. So I changed that. Also screwed back the soap holder as it was not even attached to the wall anymore.
And there is a very strong mold smell coming from the bathroom ceiling as it’s Sheetrock… on top of a shower.

"More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!"
"I booked a 3 night stay for my mom, sister and nieces who were traveling from the province. My niece did not registered the guest names as instructed and my family from Bicol were on their way to Manila. I called the caretaker and he gave me the contact of the owner to get the QR code. However, I wasn’t able to talked to him because we’re on different time zone. To make the story short, my niece showed up at the place without the rest of the family and the caretaker help my niece registered everyone without issues. He was very helpful and accommodating.
We have stayed at Azure Residences many times when my mom and I visit Philippines and my mom said this is the best unit she’d stayed so far. She said the place is really nice, clean, complete with newer appliances and furnishings.
