"I enjoy going to the Outer Banks off season when it's a bit cooler and there are a lot less people. We wanted to be able to have a house close to the beach that also provided some privacy and we wanted a hot tub. In addition, we require a full kitchen because my son has allergies so we can't go to restaurants. I have to cook all of our meals.This was a lovely home. We were able to spend some wonderful time as a family. We were close enough to some of the attractions to be able to go to the aquarium, jockey's ridge, and the wright brothers. There are so several yarn stores in the area which is nice for my daughter and I. The kitchen is well stocked. It had enough pots and pans, cookie sheets and other items so we were able to make our desired meals. All in all we had a delightful time and are even looking at staying here again next year."

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! We loved the outdoor spaces, especially for our kids and dogs to run around and play. We were fortunate to have great weather in December, which allowed us to take full advantage of the kayaks right off the dock—what a treat! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, making our stay comfortable and convenient. With plenty of room for all 10 of us, we felt right at home. The location was also fantastic, adding to the overall experience. We can't wait to return!"

"We stayed 12 nights at the Surfin C Gull. Upon arrival, the Front Door Lock and Entry Code worked perfectly... a first for us. We looked around and found the house was very clean and the appliances were new. The king bed mattresses were very firm... a little too much for me, but good for my wife. The big screen Sharp/Roku TV in the living room worked well; we were able to cast our DirecTV app's output to it without problem. We found we were short of bath towels; I texted our host Leslie and she responded right away. The upper deck was great for sunning ourselves and enjoying the fantastic ocean views. House is located in a quiet neighborhood, mere yards from the beach. PROs: very clean, new appliances, firm mattresses, great location, great ocean views, communications with Leslie were easy with quick responses! CONs: rooms are a little smaller than they appear in the photos, laundry area can only be reached by going outside and down the stairs. All-in-all an awesome experience at the beach! "

"It was a very nice place to stay. Accommodated my husband and I very nicely. We need at least two bedrooms for when he starts snoring. The third bedroom was a plus for the suitcases. House was stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, skillets ect. that was needed. You are not ocean front, but you can see a little of the ocean and very close to the ocean. It was on a quiet street when we stayed. The weather turned nasty, but you can't control that. Stayed 10/04 to 10/11. We will stay there again when we come back to OBX."

"Nice, comfortable, roomy home with a great view of the ocean from the living area. Kitchen was well-equipped, there was enough space for 6 adults to eat together, lounge, play cards or chat in smaller groups. Located conveniently to activities, stores and attractions while still feeling like we were close to the ocean. Owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. We would definitely come back!"

The turtles are so much fun! the pool and hot tub are amazing! we loved it here and would return another time if the owners would have us!! highly recommend !!"

"This is definitely a top tier Nags Head rental. It is really well maintained, clean, bright and pleasant inside. Super family room and spacious kitchen area with high quality appliances, great dishes, cookware, etc. Gigantic TV in family area. You can sit out on the deck and listen to the ocean waves. From the MBDR on the top floor has its own deck that looks over the dunes to see the beach and ocean. We did not want to walk over the dunes to the beach so we walked 1 house over to the public walkway. We could fit 4 cars in the driveway. One of the nicest rentals we have had in the OBX.
