"We had no view of the beach, our stay was mostly pleasant but the noise at night was distracting. Loud doors slamming and dogs barking due to the loud sudden noises of how heavy the doors close."

Staff very friendly and helpful, only minor issue is that property is not wheelchair accessible, althought they are ramps getting into main entrance involves getting up quite a big step, otherwise very nice hotel "

"Great views from the bedroom towards the sea (apart from the infamous Shanklin lift shaft). Sun rise while lying in bed was fantastic to see. Staff were great and the food was good. Although some areas were a little worn and could do with a bit of TLC, it was very clean and tidy."

"Andy and Jo are excellent hosts. They are both passionate about the Isle of Wight and their hotel. They are extremely helpful with any queries and provided excellent recommendations for local dining, facilities and places to visit. Jo’s daily breakfast was amazing and we loved her daily specials. The room was spotless, very comfortable and had excellent facilities. Great location. Parking on site was good and safe. We throughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. We would be happy to return as very really enjoyed our stay."
