"Nice place to stay"

"Not really a proper hotel. Not worth it to stay there just because it’s close to the stadium because there are plenty of other and better options to stay or to go after a game or concert. Place didn’t have much space to move inside or to accommodate our 4 luggages. I’d not recommend. Expensive and not good. Very difficult to communicate, only via WhatsApp and they couldn’t do anything to help me to all my requests. Very frustrating stay."

"If you are traveling from abroad then do NOT use this location. I almost missed my flight trying to send the negligent room management documents before my arrival. I text them on a Friday and they didn't reply until Monday with the ridiculous list of things to submit. It took over 2 hours and almost missed my flight. Secondly, the property wlll charge you for used towels and bed linens. I changed accommodations after 3 days. I love Sao Paulo and will be back. But I will not return to this...

"I absolutely loved the place. The view, the set up, it had most of the things needed for an apartment and made my stay a lot more enjoyable. Cleanliness could be improved, and some little fixtures can be looked at. The day of check-in was a little confusing with security, but it was a quick fix with a little bit of patience. But other than that, made me feel secure and id definitely want to stay back here again."

"Local grande, arejado com excelente localização. Maquina de lavar e secar dentro do banheiro, cozinha completa com todos os utensílios, além de geladeira, fogão, micro-ondas. Único ponto que deixou a desejar foi na limpeza do banheiro, quando cheguei estava com sabonete usado no nicho (acredito que do outro hóspede) e tbm com vários fios de cabelo. Tive que limpar primeiro para depois poder utilizar de forma devida. Tirando esta questão, os pontos são positivos. "

"O apto ou Studio como eles chamam é ótimo. Espaço na medida pra 2 pessoas, cama confortável. O acesso ao prédio é muito seguro com porteiros 24h. A localização é ótima, perto de restaurantes, mercado farmácia, shoppings, etc."

"Flat bem localizado e com boa estrutura tais como: lavanderia, piscina e academia. A cozinha poderia ter uma estrutura um pouco melhor para cozinhar pequenas refeições. Para hospedagens mais prolongadas fica um pouco complicado (cooktop de 2 bocas e apenas 2 panelas). De qualquer forma, na avaliação geral a localização compensa tudo."
