"The room was clean and the continental breakfast was better than most. However, as this is a "green hotel," you will not get your room serviced unless you specifically request it. Their disclaimer says they will only change bedsheets or linens every 3 days. We stayed a week and had to request room service twice, and for soaps, towels and washrags we had to ask 3 times. So it's wasn't 3 days in our case, it's not at all. In addition, the property is adjacent to a freight rail, which passed...

"The staff was amazing! We had to do a last-minute room change due to someone in the party breaking their foot. The staff went above and beyond to get us into an accessible room on the first floor since he was on crutches. The lady working at the desk when we checked in, gave us a great recommendation for dinner and checked on us to make sure we were comfortable during our 2night stay "
