"There is no communication. The hotel has a private beach and I didn’t know we couldn’t use the canopy’s that are there in their property. There’s signs around the gate to enter the private beach and no where does it say we have rent the canopy’s or that those belong to the jet ski owners. There’s signs around and security kicked us out completely we still had 1 more night left. We were being harrased by the security’s at the new pioneer hotel. Nobody from the jet ski was with the security from...

"Great spot, especially for the price. We’d stayed at Excalibur in Vegas a few days prior, and this place was better. The people at the front desk were very helpful and the room was clean. I think my only gripe was I didn’t find the bed comfortable but that may be personal preference. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel needs renovation. Pools were dirty and not enough staff to keep clean. Beach area was rocky and not well kept. Worst is the fact that my kids’ room had 2 flying bugs and were not able to get a hold of the front desk to accommodate a room change. Beach Cafe food also is bad. Stay away if you can. Overall, very disappointing stay."
