"We arrived in Pinole around 930pm. The Rooms were dirty, bed linens looks and feels like it was not changed, had stains with hair in one bed. NO towels in the room, and staff unable to provide any, told us to wait for housekeeping in the morning. Same with the bed linens, no clean linens available until the morning. I was booked for 2 nights, but left first thing the next morning. The staff was not helpful at all, rude and was irrate. No help at all. I booked and paid for 2 rooms with microwave...
