"I stayed here two nights recently with my 94-year-old mother. I picked this place because it was convenient to everything. I picked it also because the price was right! We knew it would be a little rough around the edges, but the staff and the residents were very friendly. We had extremely noisy upstairs neighbors both nights (how much furniture can you rearrange?) and when I waited around 10:30 PM each night to complain, they were right on it and within 30 minutes, it was quiet. I’m leaving this review because it is worth mentioning that the staff takes their residents’ comfort very seriously!😎"

"The staff was very helpful and welcoming. A+++ for their service especially coming in at night. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking and location is convenient. Breakfast was very good for the overall price of the room. The only things that I would say need some work…the property definitely needs some maintenance. There was a bit of a humid smell in the halls and room. Our room was facing the road and despite being on the 5th floor, throughout the night you could hear loud vehicles passing by. Lastly, our mini-fridge was really loud and it made it difficult to sleep as I am a light sleeper. Overall it was fine for a one night’s stay and again, I commend the staff for being lovely!"

"Karen at the Front Desk was really helpful when we first had a scheduling snafu and then had to switch rooms due to a bad odor. She also went up and verified the odor. She also helped me in getting a refund started."

"Everything was top notch. All the staff were wonderful. Latiya at the front desk (not sure I spelled her name right) deserves a special shout out—she was so lovely and helpful! Room was comfortable and clean and the bed was wonderful."

"Such a cool experience! The tent itself was clean but there were dirty dishes and utensils put away and the towels smelled like smoke. Only stayed two nights which was perfect for the quaint area. Also we were situated near the road and could hear all the trucks throughout the night."
