"The location of the property was very convenient, easily accessible to all the shopping areas and interstate. Property was clean overall although the carpets in the corridor deserves attention. Room was very spacious and clean, amenities were good, internet was fast enough for general browsing. Breakfast was kinda same everyday and also needed timely assistance from the staff. Overall, it was worth the money and stay was comfortable"

"Ended up checking in late (1245am) due to an ER visit for my daughter. Had to wait about 15-20mins for someone to appear at front desk - this was after saying hello loudly several times and calling the front desk from the lobby phone. Then our key didnt work for the room. Came down, got another, still didnt work. Third time, front desk person came up and let us in with the master and said to mention it in the morning to the front desk. Alot of help that was since we were only there a night. The breakfast was good and the front desk person was very friendly in the morning."

"Pilot Mountain Glamping Resort was a great weekend retreat for my fiancé’s birthday. Great location. We hiked at Hanging Rock State Park. We really enjoyed the deck with the Blackstone Griddle and fire pit. We had pancakes and bacon off the griddle for breakfast one morning, and hotdogs for dinner one night. S’mores later that evening over the fire pit topped off a great day. Jack was responsive to the only issue we raised and it was quickly resolved."

"The bed took up most of the usable space in the room. Toiletries were minimal but adequate. Mini-fridge and microwave functional though microwave a trifle dodgy. No place to sit down except on the bed. Older property refurbished and fairly clean. For the solo (and definitely solo) traveller who wants to save money, this is a good but minimal choice."
