"Room 916 has showerhead that does not work at all. All you can get it just jet of water all together, none of the holes work there. Only stayed for 1 night there, asked staff if that can be fixed. They did not have any maintenance there, told me that they would call someone to come at 9 am in morning. They did not have any other room available so could not even switch. Asked for manager, manager was not working on weekends. So just got an email of manager to contact regarding my situation, which they will be responding probably next business day when I’ve already left the city and province. Super inconvenient, I would not recommend this to anyone. No solution whatsoever. "

Plumbing pipes knocked and gurgled at 4am, waking us up. Hallways were cluttered with carts and cleaning supplies and were a sickly green colour with a maze-like layout. "

"The staff was very knowledgeable, the hotel was very clean plus smelt very nice and the breakfast was good. Lots of options for shopping at the outlet mall. Was exactly what we needed to relax. Always a bonus with free parking in Ottawa."
