"A really great place to stay near the action of San Antonio but far enough away to have some peace and watch the boats go by. The staff are so welcoming and helpful at any time of the day. The bar is open from 0900 to 2300 and food is also available at these times The pool and pool area overlooks the stunning San Antonio bay where there is always something to watch. "Location is fantastic and the staff are great. Very accommodating and resourceful. For a hostel it was comfortable. Rooms were small but that’s expected. Very warm though and the temp regulation is done through the front desk and everyone has to agree on it. Breakfast selection was good and worth the price. Drink prices were good for Ibiza and their happy hour specials and welcome drink were a big bonus. Good selection of food available as well for decent prices. The pool was a nice thing to have for relaxing and socializing. Overall would stay again!"

"Good hotel in a great location. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality food. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. We were greeted by a member of staff who appeared to be training a new colleague, but she seemed distracted and focused on other tasks rather than assisting us. The interaction felt unfriendly and made for a rather unusual welcome. We were initially allocated a room with a strong sewage smell, which was disappointing after the poor first impression at reception. However, when we returned from a boat trip later that day, a different team of staff were on duty. They were much more helpful and quickly arranged for us to move to a better room, which improved our stay considerably. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, but the check-in experience and the condition of the first room let it down."

"Overall the location was great. Hotel And pool area are nice. Especially with direct access to the beach. Axel hotels are very hetero friendly so don’t let that deter you at all. Front desk person was very kind. Only issue I had was we were at the pool for hours waiting for our room which is fine but service seemed to be lacking getting people drinks from the bar. My fiancé tried to order food several times and the employees seemed to be confused when the kitchen was serving what, but again overall fun stay."

"Although I didn’t spend much time at the hotel, I thought it was an excellent choice. I could have spent several days just enjoying the amenities. The breakfast had plenty of options, and I enjoyed eating on the terrace while enjoying the view. The staff were also very helpful when I needed something. I wish I had stayed longer."
