"Dirty sheets, poop in the elovater. Front desk staff was on drugs and talking about guns, throwing rocks at us or our car. Not liking her step kids and Talking bad about other employees. Was uncomfortable and draining but we are grateful for a place to stay."

"The staff was amazing. Super nice and efficient. There however was trash left in our room and only had one single towel for a 2 bed room. I understand we’re all human and overlook things but having my young kid find beer cans in the trash wasn’t super cool."

"It was really great to be able to park in a garage. The house was clean and quiet, Tammy was great to communicate with. Really clear and quick. Cleaning expectations were reasonable and easy to do as we packed to leave. The space was perfect for our day at Red Rocks AND our day in central Denver. Great location."

"I felt the property left quite a bit to be desored but it served its purpose. It is a small property and a bit aged and beat up. The hot tub did not have a handle or lid stand, it haf been broken off. You go through a 3rd part for everything which I really didnt like, had to send pictures of credit card and license and weird stuff like that. Communication is almost too much and starts to feel intrusive. They rypically charge for an early check in but they did allow us to check in a half hour early with no charge. The place does not really have windows so its dark, small house. Again, served its purpose buy i would probably opt for a hotel given the cost. "

"I’m writing review regarding my recent stay, which was significantly disrupted by repeated fire alarm incidents. The morning before our checkout day, we were woken at approximately 4:50 AM by a fire alarm and had to evacuate the building. We were not allowed back inside until around 5:15 AM, at which point we were told it was a false alarm caused by shower steam. A similar incident also occurred upon our arrival, where the alarm was triggered again and we were told it was due to the same issue. While I understand the importance of fire safety, repeated false alarms—especially during overnight hours—indicate a maintenance issue and had a major impact on our stay. Being evacuated twice, including once in the early morning hours, disrupted our sleep and overall experience."
