"Our power went out in your house, so I took my family and tried to find somewhere more safe and clean to stay upon arrival and settling down with folded back. The length is going to discover that there are a lot of bedbugs big huge red ones bigger than ants."

"This hotel charged me for something unknown with no explanation. I didn't find out about this charge untill several days later. So when booking this hotel you should add additional dollars to the room price."

"The floor was sticky. Bedside lamp didn't work. The bathroom tile was gaping and trapped water underneath cause the shower curtain is also too short to stay in the tub. The kitchenette doors didn't close cause they looked like the hinges were messed up. The air conditioner would randomly turn itself off even though I had it set to constant fan. The TV would randomly turn off while I was watching it. The door didn't close properly because it looked like it had been broken previously. The floor didn't seem swept. Under the bed was disgusting it was full of crumbs that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I almost debated leaving my lost shoe under there cause it was so gross. When it snowed and rained and the floor got wet the stickiness for soooooooo much worse. Idk if they're using a swiffer wet jet on "wood" flooring or if they're just putting too much cleaner in the solution but the floors audibly make a sticky sound when you walked on them. The towels had orange stains on them so I didn't even use them I just used them to mop up the water that was coming out from under the bathroom floor Everytime I stepped on it after water got trapped under it. Cause the shower curtain is just short enough that it doesn't stay in the tub when you shower and gets water all over the floor unless you point the showerhead at the wall. The showerhead only has one setting and that setting is pain. I have bruises from the water pressure"

"The room was a good size, had a 2 bedroom room. The in room fire place was a nice touch. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Building is older, a lot of floor creaks. "
