"Hotel staff was very accommodating and they provided above and beyond service. Special shout out to Charlene at the ice cream shop and Rudy at the restaurant! Although the rooms appear a little old, they are well maintained. More than anything, the staff has a good attitude and they know how to make guests feel welcomed."

"Initially on arrival their system was down with work around. This was an inconvenience and we had just arrived via airplane with no way of showering etc. They did give us a credit which was fine. The food at breakfast was good. The back snack at the bar was below standard. The fries arrived cold, they diced the prawns so you can’t be sure you got what you paid for. They did not have designated pool for adults so we didn’t have noisy kids in every single pool. I think it would be wise to designate a child free pool. Finally, the housekeeper didn’t leave enough towels, then when we got the required amount, our towels were removed yet again leaving barely enough for three people. Bearing in mind, it’s really hot and it requires two to three showers a day. That’s all. We would stay again, but they need to consider these points. Oh and if you want to warm something up - they want to charge $35 just to use a microwave. That’s ridiculous."

"Great experience with beautiful and convenient access to beach and pool. Customer service was over the top and genuine. My only complaint was that the drinks at the bar were priced high but lacked alcohol content to justify the price."
