"Shower needs safety strips on floor. We needed to be very careful stepping in shower. Easily could have fallen. "

"Me and my husband went here for a weekend escape. I was placed in a sweet with a connector... the connection was a bunch of unruly children. They kept knocking on the door....making a ton of noise. When mentioned to the adults it seemed they got louder. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were extremely flat. The heating system was very loud. Between the kids and the heater it was not very quiet. The amenities were nice. I enjoyed the cocktail hour and breakfast was fresh. The staff was accomodating. However, there should be a system so families with children, especially small children cannot end up in connecting suites."

"If you compare the Royal Park to high end hotels in this price range you will be disappointed. The amenities and service do not justify the cost. "

"The rooms were spacious and nicely designed. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced due to wear. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. Need better attention to the water quality of the pool. Overall, a good place to stay for the price."

"Room smelled and we had a huge red stain on the floor. I had requested first floor but they gave me 3rd floor. The lady was kind to put me downstairs on the first floor which I appreciated. Breakfast was nothing special"

"Room was gross, someone literally wiped poop on the wall and it was left there. Crumbs all in the bed frames, weed coming through the vents. People screaming and running in the hallways until 4 am. A guy literally smoking a blunt right outside the front door and the staff says nothing. Yogurt machine? Empty. Pancake machine? Broken. Milk was spoiled. There was a sweet girl at the front desk that worked at night and one elderly gentleman that cleans that’s nice but other than that it was not a great stay. I came here for a hockey tournament and I’m the one that convinced our team to stay here because I always love staying at the Tru but this one was not good. I do have videos and photos to prove what I’m saying if you’d like. Thanks "

"It was a terrible check-in through a kiosk, stocking an agent in India barely can understand what he’s saying and very unprofessional. Will not recommend this property to anybody. I will write a Google review as well."
