Large Lower Suite in Mountain View Home

Private guest suite in a quiet, peaceful location to get away from the hustle of the city. NO smoking, parties, or loud events are permitted.

Located in Los Padres forest at 5,800 ft, 85 miles north of Downtown LA and Hollywood, 50 mi north of Magic Mountain, 90 mi northeast of Ventura Beach, 50 mi south of Bakersfield, and 125 mi east of Santa Barbara.

Pine Mountain Club Association (PMCPOA) includes amenities such as a pool and whirlpool (summers only), golf, tennis courts, bocce ball, cafe, and lounge. Guest cards are required and should be arranged for prior to your stay. The pool use fee is $5/per person, per day, up to four people at a time. A golf course is available. Please ask host for details in advance.

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Lock the doors and return the keys
Place all food related trash in the large trashcan in the crawlspace next to the washing machine and dryer
Hang up any wet towels and place other used towels in the laundry bag
Wipe down counters to ensure no food is left behind. We have ant and bear problems
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
