"You have to join the Hilton Honor Club to get free wifi. So if you’re like me and don’t care to have a membership at every hotel chain you stay at, either be prepared to go without or pay. (We went without) The staff member at the front desk was the only one working at 4:00 when people were checking in so was too busy to assist with wifi. Really didnt know much when we asked for a work around. Otherwise great hotel, but many other options in the area."

On Saturday we got there 25 mins after “open” and they had to come unlock the door for us. None of the food was ready and the pancake machine wouldn’t work. On Sunday the lineup was half way through the restaurant, kids were running everywhere, long wait for items to be replaced and there was limited seating so we had to sit in...

"Did not have the room advertised and paid for and instead had a double room on second floor. As I'm an amputee with one leg this was incredibly inconvient. Because I had already paid for room options were limited. The hotel is under renovations and not overly clean areas nor did we feel the room had been cleaned. Wouldn't stay here again"
