"The location of this hotel for an event at Buckingham Palace was great. 10 mins walk. The Tube is just across the road which makes it ideal fkr travelling to other parts of London. Check in - the receptionist tried to charge my credit card £50 despite having already paid for the hotel in full in advance. Nice touch to have a warm cookie each upon check in Room - booked a twin room but there was only about 5cm between the two beds with separate duvets. Not the normal bedside table in between or a...

"Great check in experience from the receptionist. Friendly and very helpful. Room was big enough for a single traveller and the shower was good.. Some train noise - not surprising given the location. Hotel well situated for eating out etc. and of course travel through/from Victoria"
