"Aunque la comida esta OK el servicio de los restorans es PÉSIMO. Camareros sin la más mínima idea del trabajo. Esos que se pasan la pelota sacándose de encima el problema sin ninguna intención de atender a la gente. Con solo dos opciones (restoran/bar principal y un bar de pileta) sos medio eslavo. Ambos dos NO SABEN atender gente. Las comandas se les pierden, tu plato va a cualquier mesa y estas una hora literalmente (no en una, sino en dos comidas en un mismo fin de semana) esperando...

Despite this, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the outstanding service."

"The hotel it’s ok if you can’t find availability on a larger hotel chain, like it was my case. The bathroom is very small, faucets needs adjustments, there were spiders along the wall edges, the shower curtain should be replaced. The good side is that it was quite and staff was helpful. "

On arrival we were so impressed with the pool area we decided to invite our family to come & stay with us so all the kids could enjoy the outdoor pool together. Overall this hotel is perfect for families as plenty to keep the kids entertained. We ate at the restaurant & everyone had an enjoyable meal. Upon checkout we booked again for another stay before we return home & we can't wait."
