"This is a pleasant hotel in a very nice location, although it needs a bit of refurbishment and attention to detail. The management and staff are all welcoming. We had half board, which was disappointing as the breakfast was quite plain with little selection and the evening meal was a bit boring. "This property is stellar! The grounds are breathtaking with the most beautiful gardens, ponds & mountain vistas. There are 3 pools (1 indoor & heated), beautiful sauna, gym, free parking, great restaurants on site, access to the lake. Staff is great, especially Lewis in the lobby restaurant & Helena at Campannina. The food we enjoyed at the restaurants aws some of the best of the whole trip. Breakfast included & wonderful. There is a playground on the property & kids club. The perfect family hotel. The location is good. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. There is laundry facility. This hotel combines luxury, comfort & functionality. There is a mall across the street with supermarket. Highly recommend this property! "
