"Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location overlooking lake Garda. Lovely pools, good air con, great breakfast buffet and nice staff. We also went for the dinner buffet a couple of nights which was also really good. 15 min walk into Limone which is a really nice little town. The rooms are a little dated but the views from the big balconies more than made up for that. It was very warm in August in lake Garda, so the air con was essential"

"Right on Lake Garda roadside with beautiful views from rooms and breakfast area. Private parking. Underground walkway to get to waterside, avoiding the busy road. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. We had some issues with AC but staff were quick to address. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of places to relax lakeside and swim or rent boats. Good budget option for travelers."

The night stands are literally too small to put a phone on them. The bed frame is basically what you would bring out for a night for a kids sleep-over. You get a pillow that's 2cm thick. "We stayed as a family in two rooms in August. Rooms were both very clean and comfortable with ample storage. Shower cubicles feel a little small ( I am not a big person) but bathrooms very clean and tidy. Air con in rooms did not get very cold but worked well enough. Pool area was very clean with a nice pool but too few sun beds with people reserving them for hours with towels and hardly using them.
