"This was our first trip to Shelter Cove, and part of a trip up the Northern Lost Coast. The unit was clean and we loved having our own private hot tub. We used the tub a few times daily. They even left robes! With the views, and sounds of the ocean it felt like a spa treatment at a fine resort! We enjoyed sunrise and sunset from the tub. "The space is open, well detailed and with beautiful views just outside the windows. There is much nature to explore in the area and if you are a birder be sure to bring your binoculars! The amenities include everything one needs to cook up a delicious meals. We were there during a rainy day and thoroughly enjoyed the gas fireplace. We will be back!"

Absolutely Amazing!

"This was a great place right on the ocean! So comfortable and beautiful amenities. Kitchen was well equipped and very modern. The views from every window were amazing. The beds were very comfortable as well. The hot tub was ocean front and fit all six of us comfortably.There are three flights of stairs to get to the kitchen, we didn't have an issue with that, but renters should be aware of that.I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The hosts were incredibly helpful and prompt to respond, thank you!!"

Perfect for a personal retreat

"This cottage was absolutely amazing, and perfectly suited my need for a beautiful, comfortable environment in which to rest and dream. The house was clean and well kept, and I’m not sure there could be a better setting for a small VRBO on the entire California coast. The owner was responsive and caring. Wonderful!!! "
