"This is a great hotel for a one or two nights stay while exploring the parks in the area. However, the town of Garberville leaves much to be desired. There's nothing in this town worth seeing and do not recommend walking around the area outside the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent. Nice, safe, and very clean. Would definitely stay here again when passing through."

"We had a fantastic stay. The hotel has so much history and is beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The windows opened to the dining courtyard, and we had a view of the river and bridge. We could also hear the live music from below. It was very relaxing. The room was very clean, with nice amenities. We also really enjoyed breakfast and dinner - delicious and well presented. The afternoon tea should not be missed - wonderful hot scones! We highly recommend this hotel and we hope to return."

"We just finished our 2nd stay at Sweet Cove and it was as equally amazing as the 1st visit last February. The house is well appointed, clean and as pictured. The view is sublime. What is hard to see in the pictures are all the different 'spots' to hang out whether it's inside the house, the hot tub, the yard, beach or bluff. We will be back again!!!"
