"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying on Little Glen Lake. The cons for little Glen shores rental: it is HOT upstairs. There is no central air and fans don’t help much. During our stay, the trash was not picked up as scheduled so the property managers came to empty some of it. The house is on busy M22 so be careful crossing to the lake/dock as it’s 40 mph speed limit and cars go faster than that. The lake is shallow (waist deep 200 yards out) so if you bring a boat, you may have to moor out a ways. There is no dedicated mooring buoy for the rental, so BYO or have a boat rental company place one if you rent a boat. I recommend getting to the place and taking inventory before getting groceries as previous renters have left plenty of spices/olive oil. The pros: such a fabulous location. Glen arbor is a five minute drive, sleeping bear dunes is close, Leland is close. Suttons bay and Hop lot are relatively close. St Ambrose cellars is 25 minutes. TC airport and downtown TC and casino are 35-40 minutes. The water is shallow and easily accessible across M22. The fire pit with all the chairs around it is amazing for s’mores. There is washing machine and dryer. The place fit the family comfortably. I would definitely rent this place and from “Up North rentals” again. We had a fabulous time!"

"Our extended family vacation was very enjoyable at Seven sisters. We were able to spread out for sleeping and loved having 2 well stocked kitchens and dishwashers. The big round table inside was fun for games. We ate outside by the lake as much as possible to enjoy the lovely view. Use of the kids outdoor toys was very nice also! The lake was clean and shallow for a long ways out. Some comfortable chairs or a hammock by the lake would have been a nice way to enjoy time by the water. Use of a kayak or a paddle boat would be a great addition too! Thanks for letting us stay!"
Dune Path - with Waterfront!

"Amazing location for visiting the dunes. The house was lovely. The only disappointment was with the queen mattresses. They both should have been replaced years ago and instead toppers were placed on top and either they need to be replaced or they just aren’t good enough to hide the fact the mattresses are so bad. If you have a bad back as I do or need a decent mattress to sleep you should consider that when looking at this property. We survived by having the kids take the big beds and sleeping in the bunks because those mattresses are reasonably new and supportive. We didn’t have any other issues worth noting."

"We had a great time staying in the Caboose and learning about the history of 107. The location is perfect. You can almost literally reach out from the Caboose and touch the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Lots of scenic hiking trails, beach access, and kayaking nearby. The Caboose was clean and included all of the amenities we needed and we even enjoyed a nice fire one evening. We did not use the grill but it looked very clean and in great condition. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and the check in process was easy."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding maintained property; just as described, owner was great and very patient with all of my questions. Sitting on front porch reading book looking at lake was sublime. 5 min to downtown Glen Arbor, 10 min to dunes and tons of trail heads. Tip: go to Glen Arbor, park in front of (or very near) the "Pine Cone" (its a little ice cream shop). There is a street (Lake Isle Avenue) exactly to the left of the shop. 5 min walk down that street ends in a boardwalk to a beautiful rock beach on Lake Michigan. (Sand too!) Crystal blue and navy waters there of the big lake...being from Chicago area we never knew it was so blue!Perfect stay."
