"This place is 10/10! The food was great! Asiana & Rincon Mexican were our favs! The staff goes above & beyond! Reyes the bartender was our ALL TIME FAVORITE! Find him — you will not be sorry! The pools were a little chilly but great vibes around them & when the sun is shining they feel good! Yummy drinks! The beach was beautiful! The staff & service is phenomenal! The location of the resort is perfect — just steps away from 5th Ave & blocks away from the ferry to Cozumel! All good things!! Can’t wait to go back!! "

"We had an incredible long weekend at this resort. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. We never went without a drink by the pool, all the servers were very pleasant, and the concierge service was friendly. The resort was very well kept, with beautiful views of the ocean from the pools, restaurants, bars, etc. The food, although the portions were smaller, were quite good for an all inclusive resort. We also appreciated the variety of lunch food that was prepared by the pool each day. One day, it was fresh seafood, the other was paella, and another day tacos. All prepared fresh and ready to eat throughout the afternoon. We also appreciated that we did not have to make dinner reservations, and were able to be seated within 10 minutes of putting our name in. I hate having to make reservations in advance at resorts - it's vacation and we don't like to be tied down to plans if we are enjoying the pool or our day! The location close to 5th ave and being able to walk around to shop, get a drink, see some of the culture, was also great. Overall, we highly recommend this resort and hope to be back next year!"

"We had a great time, the apartment was quite spacious (perhaps the wardrobe was too small) and the level of cleanliness was really good. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and the use of the parking convenient (although very steep!). The staff was friendly and professional. We would recommend it to anyone who isn't bothered by the constant noise of people and music which does not come from the hotel but from the immediate vicinity of the promenade."

"We had an incredible stay here! This beautiful little beach hotel really has everything but a bar (which you wouldn’t really want anyway with so many within 2 min walking distance). Our room was very clean, equipped with everything you’d expect from a more premium 4-star experience. The staff were also amazing. Super friendly and helpful, they provided tons of recommendations for food and nightlife that we really enjoyed. The room’s ocean and beach view was great, especially from the patio where they bring continental breakfast to the room each morning. On its own the breakfast is awesome but my wife and I split one of the entree options - 100% worth doing especially for the price. All in all, we couldn’t be happier with the stay here. 5/5 across the board. "

"A smaller resort with fun entertainment, good food, and very kind staff. The drinks aren’t the best but they have a menu you can try things from or customize whatever suits you. The beds are a little on the firmer/lumpy side and our thermostat was locked until we called the front desk and maintenance came to adjust it. Pool chairs are hard to come by as there’s no enforcement for people “reserving” them, but the poolside cabanas are worth the extra spend. The spa was also lovely. Overall I would recommend the resort! "

"Stayed here for 4 nights. Room and hotel itself were good, particularly the rooftop. Location is excellent and central, can walk to best shopping and restaurants in 5 mins. However persistent issues with hot water, was on only lukewarm at most until I switched room on day 4 (new room was fine). Switch of rooms was due to issue with air conditioning in my first room (causing it to be very noisy, particularly problematic at night). This was not dealt with swiftly - maintenance only happened after asking multiple times and did not resolve the issue, hence room switch. 2nd room was fine."

"The pool had floaties in it every day, needs cleaning. Our room had dirty floors like it wasn’t mopped from the last guest and the hand soap and bath soap was empty. Lobby’s air freshener was way too strong. "

"There was no ocean besides a wall visible. The light fell from the ceiling. The staff had no idea wha was flying and was not helpful at all. "
