"Great choice in Playa del Carmen. The location is excellent. You are close to 5th Ave, but away from the super touristy part in the center. Mamitas beach is a five minute walk and the hotel will lend you beach chairs and umbrellas. The staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. There is daily cleaning and lots of towels. My kids loved the towel Art. No problems with hot water. The pool is wonderful and was never busy. There is a hot tub. I would recommend a garden view room as it is...
