"When we arrived at 955, the bar was already closed. The pool area was beautiful in the dark. When we awoke in the morning, we could tell that the Jacuzzi area was shut down before renovations. The skylights looked like they were gonna fall out of the. Roof in certain spots, I'm not sure if the waterfall was plybored, but that's what it looked like the rugs were disgusting. If you're going to spend a lot of money in the front Bobby and bar area, putting in a nice glass rail, you would think that you would replace the carpet. However, it looked like it was left from the 1960s. I'll stained and black.
The room furniture was very old and raggedy. But the bed was comfortable. The shower curtain was ripped. The shower Mat had holes in it. And was old with cracks, I let the front desk know that those needed to be changed out. Breakfast smelled and looked amazing. However, the sausage had a twang to it like it was old meat. The staff was very nice. I give kudos to the lady who worked the breakfast area. Because a family left a large mess on the floor and she was right on it to pick it up. She was very professional and nice and kept the breakfast bar nice and neat. It was a little upsetting, knowing that the pool was closed from 10pm to 11am when people may want to go swimming at 9 or 10am in the morning before they leave.I would stay here again.I have been to worse hotels, and it looks like they were doing renovations. I give a big shout out to your employees for customer service!"
