"The apartment and the property is clearly a labor of love. Beatrice is the owner, hostess, manager, gardener, and tour guide. She is helpful, kind, and a wonderful person. The compound is close to the top of a hill, near Spoleto. It is 10 minutes removed from town. "Lovely apartment with windows on 3 sides. Great location near everything but still quiet. Beautiful views of the town and countryside. The apartment is well appointed and the local manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. Only frown side for us was 2 flights of stairs for an ex runner with bad knees."

The owners have thought of everything…every amenity including condiments,a full set of cooking pans,cleaning supplies,a wash machine,and even morning breakfast treats. The unit was spotless upon our arrival. The owners provided restaurant suggestions as well as local sightseeing spots. And the terraces…both in front and rear of the house provided beautiful views...
