"Couldn't fault anything really. Good value for money. Clean and well presented rooms. Friendly staff and there was a lovely aroma in the reception area and the lifts. Not sure if it was an air freshener but it was the first thing I noticed when I walked in. Good choice at breakfast and was nice to use the pool and facilities. All in all a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend. "

"Had a wonderful stay at the bike and boot with our doggie. Room was a lovely size with a sofa, dressing table, mini fridge and coffee machine. A lovely little touch was a mat for willow and a toy. Only thing we can say negative is the bathroom blind was seethrough. So we put a towel up. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"The parking was conveniently located, and sensibly price at £6 per night. The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in good condition, and we were very pleased with our room - Room 101. The breakfast was good value at £10 per person. We will stay at The New Southlands again."
