"It was first time in Lisbon. The staff was very friendly , helpful and professional. We got some problem with our neighbors, but our room was upgraded immediately at midnight. Especially thanks Mariana, Pedro and guy who helped us to move to another room. I will recommended this hotel to my friends. We had very good experience!!!"

If one was in the shower and another ran a tap or flushed the toilet, the person in the shower was in for a scolding. Other than that, no complaints. Breakfast was perfect by the way, with lots of choices"

The swimming pool and terrace on the rooftop provided a relaxing end to a busy day and rested our tired legs. Fully recommend this place."
