"Lovely grounds. Main building lovely, the outside rooms are tired. The pool is lovely but a number of things in the garden are not in good condition. Overall lovely, but for the price, I had hoped for a slightly better maintained property Definitely more than two steps to the beach. 20 min walk to the beach down a fast steep road."

"Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schöne 2 Wochen. Wir hatten die Hoffnung, dass man die knapp 2km auch mal zu Fuß an den Strand laufen kann. Allerdings schaffen das nur Hartgesottene, da es keinen Gehweg gibt. Mit Kindern oder Surfboard leider nicht möglich. Wenn man genauer hinschaut, merkt man, dass das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Grundsätzlich ist es aber sehr gut ausgestattet und der kleine Pool macht v.a. den Kids viel Spaß, gerade bei 30 Grad+"

Supermarkets are within walking distance and the beach is a short drive away. There are also two large shopping malls 10-15 minutes' drive away. "We stayed for two weeks. The vila exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped in the kitchen. Lots of towels for the pool and bathrooms. The owner took care of any concerns promptly. The area is very quiet but with easy access by car to the beach, restaurants etc. Having English tv was a nice extra. Would definitely recommend for families or couples traveling together as there is lots of space to spread out."

"This home has comfortable beds, a beautiful enclosed garden, a well maintained pool, great grill and is close to tennis/golf and the beach. We booked tennis 3x after the host contacted the club. A fantastic clay tennis club is only a 5 min drive from the house. The wifi worked well for work emails and meetings. Parking for our car was safe and on the driveway. "The villa was lovely with a nice pool and everything you would need in the kitchen. Great location very close to the beach and local supermarket and around half an hour drive into Lisbon city centre. It was also easy to get Ubers around the area. The check in and check out process was really easy and it was easy to organise a late check in and extra towels before we arrived."

"The Villa was better than the pictures stated, we had 3 females and 5 males which was a comfy fit for the villa size. The Villa was easy to get to by uber but for some reason there is a place with the same name in lisbon too so just double check before ordering. Once we arrived we had wine, bread, cheese and fruit waiting for us, which we all loved. Nice medium sized pool out the back with a BBQ that was used most days. Shops and food around 9 to 20 min walk distance, the beach was a 30min walk....
