"The staff was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were ready with recommendations, patient with our lack of Italian knowledge, and always smiling when we entered. The spa is so lovely and relaxing, and reasonably priced. Breakfast spread is lovely and served fairly late into the morning. Walkable to multiple delicious restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Tuscany."

"This could not have been a more amazing experience. The apartment we stayed at felt like home. We look forward to coming back and staying with Fulvia again. She got us restaurant reservations, an in house Massage and fired up the wood fired hot tub. All last minute. Best host ever! No better place to stay!"

"Beautiful hotel, big room, clean bathroom, including the bath, best housekeeping ever, the African lady was extremely kind, professional and exceptional cleaning. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, nice view and well located. Management could be better with customer service, I couldn't figure out if they were happy to help me, but they did help with my requests. Pleasant stay!"
