"The property had an issue and moved us to a different hotel, barely a 3 star when I was expecting a 4 star."

"Fantastic location right by the Duomo and Elephant Square. Hotel itself is slightly faded splendour but clean and comfy and staff were helpful. Bit of a drag having no lift and a room on the 3rd floor but staff carried our bags up for us."

"The bed in my room at Etna suites was the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. I stayed there at the start and the end of my visit in Sicily and the beds were magnificent! The location is great, and very convenient to walking around town. On my second visit I was told that breakfast was served from 7:00 am. Since I had a flight to catch, I was there at 7:00 am for a quick bite to eat before my departure. I was told by the breakfast staff that it was closed. There was already plenty of food set out but I wasn’t allowed to come in for breakfast. I waited several minutes, and finally left. "

"Great location. 15 min walk from city centre. Near huge outdoor market that opens everyday to 1p. Breakfast was plentiful but everyday is same. Bathroom clean but Lighting is dim. Housekeeper keeps opening windows and mosquitoes came in"
