"The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldnāt be able to. Bug the previous it was ok. "

"If I can give Premier Village Phu Quoc 6 stars, I would. From check in to check out, everything exceeded our expectations. A shout to all the staffs with a 10/5 services, especially Chloe (QC Manager), Vinh (buggy driver), Hannah (The Market breakfast). Their patients, attentiveness, warmth hospitality made us feel like VIPS.
This resort is so stunning, with a private white sand beach for guest to snorkel, kayaking, swimming. They also offer free ticket to Kiss of the Sea water show, it is so spectacular. I have seen many show in United States and Vegas, but this show is by far so much better.
I also travel to the North shore, but the vibes is too busy and Vegas vibe for us.
