"All staffs are excellent guest services. The restaurants are very good foods. The only thing that I don’t like is the customers front desk are not friendly and when I asked for 1 hour late check out she said no. Most hotel they will help 1 or 3 hours late check out because of the emergency meeting or event of the guests "

"This property is fire. It’s definitely the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The service was impeccable. The staffs were amazing, courteous and helpful. The dining was great especially complimentary breakfast was to die for, so many options and food choices. The Infiniti pool was really nice. The rooms we’ve paid for was amazing and worth the price. So many many wonderful things about this hotel. We will definitely visit again and next time it’ll be for more than 4 nights. "

"Our Villa Host, Man was amazing!!!! Super friendly, responsible, helpful, spontaneous and personable!!!! He has exceeded my expectations every time! An absolute super staff you have!!! The Villa was clean and comfortable. Privacy was respected. Cleaning staff were quick and quite thorough. I also really like the maintenance option you have on the website so I can report any defects, which were all taken care of at the indicted time. A big thumbs up for your maintenance team too! Greeters at the restaurants were all great! They remembered us by face and our orders from the day before…..amazing! Shi was particularly attentive!!!! Your Spa is also of high standard…… loved the massages!!!! Ladies there were skillful and gentle!❤️ In general, our stay with you was great!
