"I have to give this hotel a low score only because the bed was so hard that sleep was not an option. This caused us to cut our stay short, which was the exact opposite of what we wanted. The host lady is excellent and very helpful, the area is beautiful and quiet. If the bed was ok we would have stayed for weeks."

"Nice place to stay in a very secluded area. Rooms were decent and clean. Staff was friendly and prompt with any room service requests. Breakfast and room service options were as expected. Nothing exceptional, but also not terrible. Pool and beach/property view was beautiful!"

"Good quality rooms"

"The staff are lovely Our hillside pool villa was excellent Restaurant food very good Nothing is too much trouble here"

"Great location, very good breakfast and room and bed was comfortable. Construction noise from building next door was not pleasant"

"受付の方も、セキュリティの方も非常にフレンドリーで、 部屋も清潔で、必要最低限の設備もあり、シンプルで使いやすい。 何よりもビーチサンダルが置いてあるので非常に助かりました。 ビーチにも徒歩5分程度と"

"Staff was very helpful and nice"

"The staffs were helpful and nice, breakfast was excellent, cleanliness of the room was decent, as some areas was dusty such as corner of the floors and inside cabinets. Spa was good. The advantage point was central to anywhere and lots of choices of foods and restaurants."

"Overall a decent stay here at the Pollazzo Boutique Hotel (not to be confused with multiple others that have similar names in the area). Well located near heaps of shops, restaurants and the beach. Room was satisfactory, but could maybe use some updating. Air con worked well, and all facilities were good. Our toilet seemed to have a niggle with the flushing mechanism, but we were able to fix this ourselves. Shower was great but did leak through to the bathroom floor. Decent sized room, and comfy...

"Nice place to stay . The service very good clean ...."

"ダナンの5つ星って、期待し過ぎていたのか残念だったし、フロントの方も一方的に早口の英語で、なんだかなーと思ってしまった"
